🎯 Purpose of the Role

The main objective of this position is to support point-of-sale operations, ensure accurate transaction processing, and provide excellent customer service at the checkout. You will also play an important role in maintaining financial accuracy and preventing fraud while ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Ensuring security procedures are followed when handling cash

Reporting customer feedback and suspicious activities

Assisting customers with product and promotion queries
