The Skills Development Corporation (SDC) is opening doors for unemployed youth through B-BBEE accredited learnership programmes designed to empower, skill, and transform futures.

As a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor with 51% Black Female Ownership, SDC partners with leading businesses to create life-changing opportunities for both abled and disabled learners across South Africa.

🌟 Who Can Apply for SDC Learnerships?

You may be eligible if you meet all of the following criteria:

✔️ South African citizen
✔️ B-BBEE Black person (African, Indian, or Coloured)
✔️ Aged 18–28 years
✔️ Minimum Grade 12 qualification
✔️ Living with a disability or abled
✔️ Available for a 12-month learnership programme
✔️ Willing to attend mandatory practical training

💡 Applicants living with disabilities must provide a valid medical certificate as per the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998.
