💼 The Role: Remote Virtual Assistant – Customer Success
As a high-level Executive Assistant supporting Customer Success, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining communication quality, client satisfaction, and executive efficiency.
This is a full-time, 100% remote position (minimum 8 hours/day), open to professionals in multiple regions, including global remote talent.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage, QC, and refine all Slack communications before delivery
Act as a communication bridge between executives, clients, and internal teams
Draft, polish, and send messages on behalf of Customer Success leadership
Ensure follow-ups, reminders, and action items are completed on time
Escalate urgent client concerns with sound judgment
Maintain tone, professionalism, and brand communication standards
Support Customer Success projects and administrative tasks
✅ Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Senior EA in tech or high-growth environments
Excellent written English with strong logic and attention to detail
High EQ & IQ with exceptional judgment under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Slack and modern collaboration tools
Background in Customer Success, SaaS, or AI environments is a strong advantage
