📦 Goods Receiving & Inspection

  • Receive and offload incoming stock safely

  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders

  • Inspect goods for damages or defects

  • Report incorrect or damaged stock immediately

  • Complete receiving documentation accurately

🏷️ Stock Handling & Storage

  • Store materials correctly in designated areas

  • Ensure proper labelling and traceability

  • Apply FIFO/FEFO stock rotation principles

  • Keep storage areas clean and organised

  • Assist with washing flow bins when required

📊 Inventory Control

  • Assist with stock counts and stock takes

  • Record stock movements accurately

  • Report stock discrepancies immediately

  • Monitor weekly opening and closing stock levels

🏭 Issuing Materials to Production

  • Pick and issue raw materials correctly

  • Deliver materials to production areas on time

  • Verify quantities and batch numbers

🚚 Dispatch Support

  • Assist with picking and packing orders

  • Prepare goods for dispatch

⚙️ Equipment Handling

  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
