📌 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Deliver engaging lectures aligned with module requirements
✔️ Support and mentor students academically
✔️ Identify and assist at-risk students
✔️ Develop and manage assessments
✔️ Work with digital learning platforms and academic systems
✔️ Participate in academic meetings and professional development
✔️ Analyse student performance and module outcomes

🎯 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants should have:

✅ A Bachelor of Education Master’s Degree
✅ School teaching experience in relevant subjects
✅ 2–3 years lecturing or tutoring experience
✅ Strong understanding of the South African higher education system
✅ Excellent time management and communication skills
✅ Ability to work in fast-changing academic environments

Candidates with industry experience in their specialisation area will have an added advantage.

⏰ Working Hours

🕗 Monday to Friday
📍 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM
(Depending on allocated modules)

💰 Salary

Market-related remuneration package.
