### 🛠 What You’ll Do

 * **Architect IAM Solutions:** Design, build, and operate end-to-end JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) lifecycle processes.

 * **Integrate & Automate:** Integrate Microsoft Entra ID with HR (Sage) and service management (Jira) systems.

 * **Security & Compliance:** Ensure access controls align with SOX IT General Controls, monitor threats, and participate in security audits.

 * **Define Strategy:** Execute Lesaka’s IAM strategy, define policies/standards, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

### 🎓 What You Bring (Minimum Requirements)

 * **Experience:** 5–7 years in Identity and Access Management, with at least 2 years in a design/architecture capacity.

 * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

 * **Certifications:** **SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate) certification is required.**

 * **Technical Skills:**

   * Strong experience building identity lifecycle automation.

   * Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID Governance experience.

   * Scripting capability (PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API).

   * Strong technical knowledge of AD, LDAP, SSO, and MFA.

   * SOX-ITGC experience is essential.
