### 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the IT Service Desk, you will provide essential first-line support to keep the business running smoothly. Your duties include:

 * **Call Handling & Ticket Logging:** Prioritize and log incoming IT support requests.

 * **Issue Escalation:** Identify complex issues and move them to senior support teams.

 * **Support Rotation:** Participate in after-hours on-call rotations and shift work (including weekends/holidays).

 * **System Maintenance:** Document service desk metrics and suggest improvements for better efficiency.

### ✅ What You Need to Apply

**Experience & Qualifications:**

 * **2–3 years** of experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support environment.

 * Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Office** and basic computer hardware.

 * **Advantageous:** Experience with POS systems, Oracle Retail, or SAGE X3.

 * **Advantageous:** Tertiary IT qualification or certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, or ITIL).
