Align people practices with business objectives
Guide organisational design and workforce planning

Handle disciplinary, grievance, and restructuring processes
Represent the company at the CCMA
Ensure compliance with South African labour laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA)

🎯 What You Need to Succeed
✔️ 8–10 years’ HR experience (including HR Business Partnering)
✔️ FMCG or manufacturing industry exposure
✔️ Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
✔️ Experience working with unions & shop stewards
✔️ Solid understanding of SA labour legislation
✔️ Degree/Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
✔️ Postgraduate qualification (advantageous)
✔️ HR professional accreditation (beneficial)
