🎓 Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must have:
✔️ NQF Level 7 qualification in Tourism Management or related field
✔️ At least 5 years of relevant experience
✔️ Minimum 3 years at supervisory/management level
✔️ Strong knowledge of:

  • Tourism legislation & compliance

  • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)

  • Government policies (NDP, NTSS)
    ✔️ Skills in:

  • Research & analysis

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Communication & negotiation
    ✔️ Valid driver’s license (exceptions considered for disabilities)

As Deputy Director, you will:

  • Lead compliance and governance in the tourist guiding sector

  • Implement strategic tourism frameworks and policies
