### **What You’ll Be Doing**

You are the "Food Police" of the factory. Your mission is to ensure every product hitting retail shelves is safe, legal, and high-quality.

 * **Audit Mastery:** Lead internal and external audits (Woolworths, SABS, etc.).

 * **Compliance:** Maintain the plant’s **FSSC 22000** and **ISO 14001** certifications.

 * **Team Leadership:** Manage the QA team, handle non-conformances, and lead HACCP training.

 * **Crisis Control:** You are the point person for customer complaints and potential recalls.
