🧩 Key Responsibilities at a Glance

Sales & Merchandising Support

  • Support and execute retail sales strategies to achieve growth targets

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and retail partners

  • Assist with in-store merchandising and category management

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity

  • Support pricing, promotions, and trading term negotiations

Administrative & Commercial Support

  • Manage contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation

  • Prepare quotations, pricing schedules, and customer correspondence

  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and internal approvals

Data, Reporting & Coordination

  • Track sales performance, pricing, and commercial KPIs

  • Maintain accurate client, stock, and budget records

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on orders, timelines, and queries

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales and/or merchandising
