As a Commercial Administrator at Pedros, you’ll play a key role in expanding retail product ranges into chain stores across South Africa and selected regional markets. The position blends commercial administration, sales coordination, and retail execution, giving you exposure to real business growth strategies.

🧩 Key Responsibilities at a Glance

Sales & Merchandising Support

  • Support and execute retail sales strategies to achieve growth targets

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and retail partners

  • Assist with in-store merchandising and category management

  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity

  • Support pricing, promotions, and trading term negotiations

Administrative & Commercial Support

  • Manage contracts, agreements, and commercial documentation

  • Prepare quotations, pricing schedules, and customer correspondence

  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and internal approvals

Data, Reporting & Coordination

  • Track sales performance, pricing, and commercial KPIs
