## 🔑 Key Responsibilities

 * Manage end-to-end technology and business change projects from initiation through execution to close-out.

 * Lead end-to-end **Microsoft Dynamics 365** implementations across multi-vendor and complex environments.

 * Oversee programme governance, roadmaps, dependency tracking, and resource allocation using frameworks like Sure Step or Success by Design.

 * **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods. Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, or Copilot is a bonus.
