This dynamic **18-Month Internship Programme** equips unemployed youth with essential industry skills, hands-on experience, and professional mentorship. Working as a **Junior Merchandiser**, you will gain valuable exposure, build your confidence, and enhance your employability by working alongside seasoned professionals.

### 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

 * Check vintage, product quality on shelves, stock rotation, and price tags.

 * Execute merchandising activities according to cycle briefs.

 * Handle and provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests.

 * Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.

 * Accurately record merchandising activities and execute calls as per call cycle.

 * Advise the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on out-of-stock products.

## 📋 Requirements & Eligibility

To qualify for this fantastic career stepping stone, applicants must meet the following criteria:

 * **Age:** Under the age of 28 years old.

 * **Education Qualification:** Completed TVET College N6 Certificate in one of the following fields:

   * Management Assistant

   * Business Management

   * Marketing Management
