## 🎯 Purpose of the Role

To ensure overall effective management and coordination of the outlet through outlet staff in order to drive sales, profitability, and excellent customer service.

## 📋 Key Responsibilities

 * **Sales & Financial Management:** Achieve budgeted sales targets, manage expense budgets, deliver net profit targets, and oversee the farm shop Profit & Loss (P&L).

 * **Stock & Inventory Control:** Drive store cleanliness, proper stock rotation, timeous supplier orders, monthly stock counts, and handle discrepancy resolutions.

 * **Team Leadership & Communication:** Guide team activities, conduct store team meetings, monitor leave plans, and drive internal staff communication regarding promoted products.

 * **Compliance & Audits:** Achieve health and safety audit targets, manage cash reconciliations, and authorize daily cash-ups using Arch POS reports.

## 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

 * **Education:** Grade 12 (Matric) required; studying towards or holding a relevant post-matric qualification is strongly preferred.

 * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a **Food Service Retail** environment.

 * **Language:** Bilingual candidates will receive preference.

 * **Core Skills:** Computer literacy (MS Excel), strong administrative abilities, numerical literacy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
