## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager: Culture and Performance. Your core duties will include:

 * Establishing and maintaining a group-wide organisation design governance framework.

 * Leading enterprise-wide change management and business transformation initiatives.

 * Strengthening organizational design processes and systems assurance.

 * Fostering cross-functional collaboration and deep stakeholder engagement.

 * Providing executive leadership and people management to steer high-performance teams.

## 🎓 Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this executive-level portfolio, candidates must meet the following criteria:

### 1. Qualifications (NQF Level 7 with 360 Credits)

 * A Bachelor's Degree, BTech, or Advanced Diploma in **Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Technology, Commerce, or a Technical field**.

### 2. Experience

 * At least **10 years of extensive management experience** covering organisation design, change management, human capital consulting, or large-scale restructuring projects.
