## Key Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to assist with the overall management of the store, ensuring that operational and administrative duties are executed smoothly in line with company policies and standard operating procedures.
### Core Responsibilities:
* Manage and report all customer compliments and complaints to management.
* Establish and maintain professional, effective communication and relationships with customers.
* Ensure all customer stock queries are resolved efficiently.
* Oversee point of sale operations, manage floats, shorts, overs, and process refunds/returns.
* Verify and review deliveries, invoices, and distribution centre documentation for complete accuracy.
* Assist in managing high-risk stock and maintaining effective document control (petty cash, cash on hand, floats).
## Minimum Requirements & Competencies
To qualify for this fantastic career opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* **Education:** Grade 12 / Matric.
* **Experience:** Previous retail experience.
* **Skills:** Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with SAP.
* **Personal Attributes:** Strong leadership and management skills, team player, trustworthy, honest, and the ability to work well under pressure and remain deadline-driven.
* **Special Conditions:** Must be a South African citizen with a clean criminal and credit record (MIE), plus a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transport.
