## 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As the Mine Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Your core duties will include:

 * Managing and maintaining the life-of-mine planning process.

 * Driving continuous improvement through operational excellence initiatives.

 * Developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting on production strategies, plans, and schedules.

 * Conducting inspections and assessments to optimize pit performance, orebody knowledge, and resource utilization.

 * Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and legislative requirements.

 * Building robust stakeholder relationships and collaborating closely with legal appointees and operational teams.

## 🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

 * Grade 12 certificate.

 * A Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering.

 * A valid **Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency**.

 * A minimum of **10 years of experience** within an open-pit mining environment.

 * A valid Driver's License.
