## 🚀 Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant at Woolworths, you will represent the brand on the sales floor and till point:

 * **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly, deliver exceptional service, and share expert product knowledge.

 * **Till Operations:** Efficiently process transactions, handle cashier duties, and promote loyalty programs and services.

 * **Stock & Shelf Management:** Replenish stock, manage stock rotation, minimize waste, and maintain department cleanliness according to planograms.

 * **Safety & Standards:** Adhere strictly to health, safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols.

 * **Shrinkage Control:** Identify and report quality issues, suspicious activity, and stock loss promptly.

## 📋 Requirements & Qualifications

### Minimum Requirements

 * **Education:** Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent NQF level.

### Desired Skills & Attributes

 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 * Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.

 * High level of personal discipline, honesty, punctuality, and reliability.

 * Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

 * Basic computer literacy, numeracy, and literacy skills for till operations.

 * Availability and flexibility to work various store shifts.

 * Relevant retail or customer service experience is preferred (but not mandatory).
