### 💼 **Key Duties & Responsibilities**

 1. **Recruitment & Selection:**

   * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for crew and entry-level store positions across Johannesburg stores.

   * Support recruitment for supervisory and junior management roles.

   * Review, screen applications, conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews, and coordinate appointments.

 2. **High-Volume Recruitment:**

   * Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously within agreed turnaround times.

   * Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-volume store roles.

   * Lead recruitment drives and hiring days.

 3. **Stakeholder & Candidate Management:**

   * Partner with Store & Operations Managers to understand workforce requirements.

   * Provide candidates with clear, professional, and timely communication throughout their recruitment journey.

   * Coordinate pre-employment checks, verifications, and onboarding documentation.

 4. **Recruitment Administration & Systems:**

   * Maintain accurate recruitment data on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

   * Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management.

### 🎯 **Requirements**

 * **Education:** Matric / Grade 12 is essential. *(A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in HR or a related field is advantageous).*

 * **Experience:** 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR administration.

 * **Industry Focus:** Experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, QSR, or high-volume/multi-site recruitment environments preferred.

 * **Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
