## 💡 Role Overview

As a *Counter Sales Representative**, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Rustenburg branch. You will combine technical product knowledge with exceptional sales proficiency to help clients select the right tools and machinery solutions for their specific needs.

### Key Responsibilities:

 * **Drive Sales:** Generate sales to reach strategic growth targets through exemplary leadership and initiative.

 * **Customer Care:** Offer outstanding service in accordance with Adendorff standards.

 * **Stock & Inventory:** Maintain proper stock level control within the branch.

 * **Supervisory & Admin:** Handle administrative/managerial tasks and provide staff supervision.

 * **Branch Maintenance:** Follow branch procedures, ensure general housekeeping, and continuously build product knowledge.

## 📋 Requirements & Desired Skills

### Minimum Requirements:

 * **Qualification:** Senior Certificate (Matric) minimum requirement.

 * **Transport:** Own vehicle is essential.

 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00) & Saturdays (08:00 – 13:00).

### Preferred Experience:

 * Previous exposure in **Automotive, Engineering, Tools & Machinery, or Hardware** environments.

 * Experience with **Retail Branch Procedures**.

 * Strong technical knowledge in DIY or hardware products.

 * High level of confidence, reliability, honesty, and team spirit.
