As a Fitness Instructor, your primary purpose is to inspire people to live active lives! You will:
* Promote world-class fitness products and services
* Conduct new member inductions to ensure high member retention
* Build positive relationships and create "moments of magic" for members
* Ensure the health and safety of members on the floor at all times
* Assist with operational and administrative club requirements
### ✅ **Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following baseline requirements:
* 🎓 **Matric Qualification**
* 📜 **Industry-recognized Fitness Qualification** (Essential)
* ⏱️ **Minimum 6 months experience** in fitness/customer service
* 🩹 **First Aid qualification** with **AED certification**
* 📅 Ability to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
* 💬 Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
