### **⚙️ Key Responsibilities**

 * **Warehouse Operations & Inventory:** Manage stock handling, reverse logistics (handling returns and faulty parts), picking, packing, and issuing spare parts to the Service Centre while following strict Apple Care processes.

 * **Import/Export Control:** Receive and process spare parts efficiently and ensure faulty components are returned to suppliers consistently.

 * **Dangerous Goods Compliance:** Ensure 100% legal compliance for the packing and labeling of hazardous materials.

 * **Customer Service & Admin:** Resolve queries with speed and accuracy, and manage administrative records (credit notes, RTVs, GIT, invoicing).

 * **Staff Leadership:** Supervise team performance, enforce operational standards, report issues to the warehouse manager, and keep staff motivated.

### **🎓 Requirements & Key Competencies**

 * **Qualification:** A qualification in Warehousing or Logistics is preferred.

 * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in warehousing/logistics with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

 * **Core Competencies:** Strong decisiveness, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, clear communication, integrity, and exceptional people management capabilities.
