### 🔑 **What You Will Do**

 * Develop, update, and maintain learning content across online, virtual, and face-to-face environments (slide decks, workbooks, video modules, manuals).

 * Research complex concepts and translate them into structured, easy-to-understand learning frameworks.

 * Design and format learning content so it is visually appealing, professional, and impactful.

 * Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to support and refine content creation.

 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage content development workflows.

### 🎯 **Requirements & Qualifications**

 * **Experience:** At least 5 years’ experience in content development, learning design, instructional design, copywriting, or graphic design.

 * **Education:** Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (Writing, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, etc.).

 * **Skills:** Outstanding written English, visual design skills, proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Suite, and familiarity with AI tools.

 * Strong portfolio showcasing writing, structured thinking, and design capabilities.
