What You'll Be Doing
As a Hospitality Valuer, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing hotel and hospitality property valuations.
Conducting site inspections.
Analysing hotel financial performance.
Building discounted cash flow models.
Preparing feasibility studies.
Supporting lending and investment decisions.
Researching hotel market trends.
Maintaining valuation databases.
Writing professional valuation reports.
Using Excel, AI tools, and valuation software to improve analysis.
You'll also have opportunities to gain exposure to other commercial property sectors across Africa.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify, you should have:
Degree in Real Estate
Finance
Economics
Hospitality
Property Studies
Or another related qualification
Experience Required
Applicants should have:
1–3 years of experience in:
Property Valuation
Real Estate Advisory
Consulting
Financial Analysis
Being on the RICS APC pathway is an added advantage but is not compulsory.
