What You'll Be Doing

As a Hospitality Valuer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing hotel and hospitality property valuations.

  • Conducting site inspections.

  • Analysing hotel financial performance.

  • Building discounted cash flow models.

  • Preparing feasibility studies.

  • Supporting lending and investment decisions.

  • Researching hotel market trends.

  • Maintaining valuation databases.

Minimum Qualifications
