✅ What You'll Do

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by:

✔️ Managing multiple payrolls across retail stores and corporate offices

✔️ Processing new employees, salary changes, overtime, incentives and payroll adjustments

✔️ Maintaining payroll compliance with South African legislation (PAYE, UIF & SDL)

✔️ Assisting with SARS reconciliations and statutory submissions

✔️ Handling payroll queries from employees and management

✔️ Working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy

🎯 Requirements

Applicants should have:

✅ 3–5 years of payroll administration experience

✅ Experience managing multiple or large payrolls

✅ Knowledge of South African payroll legislation

✅ Experience using payroll systems such as Sage 300

✅ Strong numerical, reconciliation and organisational skills

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
