## 🎯 Key Duties & Responsibilities

As a General Worker, you will perform essential operational and production tasks:

 * **Packing & Quality:** Pack all finished bags onto pallets and identify any issues or defects with the bags (training provided).

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

 * **Education:** Grade 12 or NQF4.

 * **Experience:** At least 5 years of working experience.

 * **Physical Capability:** Able to perform hard manual labor and maintain excellent health.

 * **Shifts & Transport:** Prepared to work alternating day and night shifts, with own reliable transport.

 * **Skills:** Strong service orientation, punctuality, a good attendance record, and the ability to converse fluently in English.
