• Dry walling

• Basic masonry

• Welding

• Plumbing

✔️ Knowledge of health and safety procedures
✔️ Ability to use smartphones for digital job cards and reporting
✔️ Valid driver's licence
✔️ Good communication and customer service skills

• Perform maintenance and repair work across multiple client sites.

• Supervise on-site maintenance teams.

• Complete preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs.

• Conduct routine inspections.

• Complete digital reports and job cards.
