🎯 Main Responsibilities
As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for:
✅ Delivering lectures in classroom and online environments
✅ Conducting student consultations and support sessions
✅ Marking assessments and providing constructive feedback
✅ Performing academic research and development activities
✅ Monitoring student performance and implementing interventions for at-risk students
✅ Supporting the Academic Department in achieving student success
🎓 Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
Qualifications
✔ B.Ed Honours Degree
OR
✔ Honours Degree in Humanities, Arts, or Social Sciences
AND
✔ Postgraduate qualification must include a Research Methodology module
Experience
✔ 1–3 years lecturing experience in Research Methods
✔ 1–3 years lecturing or tutoring experience
✔ Strong understanding of the South African Higher Education and Further Education environment
