✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you should have:

  • Matric (Senior Certificate)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Law, Compliance, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal support, or regulatory administration

Advantageous:

  • Experience with compliance monitoring or audit processes

  • Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) systems

💼 What You'll Be Doing

As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll help ensure Dis-Chem meets its legal and regulatory obligations by:

  • Maintaining compliance registers and regulatory records

  • Supporting compliance monitoring and internal reviews

  • Tracking changes in legislation such as POPIA, JSE Listings Requirements, SAHPRA, and King IV/V

  • Assisting with regulatory reporting and documentation

  • Supporting compliance training and awareness initiatives

  • Working closely with different business units to promote good governance and regulatory compliance

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Driver's licence and/or reliable transport
