✅ Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you should have:
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Law, Compliance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, legal support, or regulatory administration
Advantageous:
Experience with compliance monitoring or audit processes
Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) systems
💼 What You'll Be Doing
As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll help ensure Dis-Chem meets its legal and regulatory obligations by:
Maintaining compliance registers and regulatory records
Supporting compliance monitoring and internal reviews
Tracking changes in legislation such as POPIA, JSE Listings Requirements, SAHPRA, and King IV/V
Assisting with regulatory reporting and documentation
Supporting compliance training and awareness initiatives
Working closely with different business units to promote good governance and regulatory compliance

Excellent record-keeping and document management
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks

Business acumen and problem-solving abilities

South African citizen
Clear criminal and credit record
Willingness to travel occasionally
Driver's licence and/or reliable transport
