The successful candidate will oversee the daily transportation and movement of employees, contractors, and personnel across multiple company locations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that transportation operations are safe, efficient, cost-effective, and fully compliant with company and legal requirements.
✅ Key Responsibilities
👥 Team Leadership & Management
Lead and supervise drivers and logistics assistants
Manage transport schedules and vehicle allocations
Coach and mentor team members
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies
🗺️ Route Planning & Operations
Optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency
Coordinate daily dispatch and vehicle deployment
Resolve transportation challenges including delays and breakdowns
Work closely with HR, Security, and Operations teams
🚐 Fleet & Safety Management
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules
Conduct vehicle inspections and compliance audits
