### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be taking full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring strict safety and compliance metrics are met:
* **Operations & Yard Management:** Oversee all warehouse workflows including stock control, storage, packaging, housekeeping, receiving, and returns.
* **Inventory Control:** Maintain 100% accurate stock records, sign off receiving/return documentation, and conduct regular physical stock counts.
* **Asset & Facility Upkeep:** Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs for forklifts, vehicles, equipment, and building facilities.
* **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, develop warehouse staff, and effectively manage staff overtime and leave policies.
* **Health & Safety Compliance:** Enforce rigorous Health & Safety standards across all operations, manage PPE allocation, and promote a secure work environment.
### 🎓 Qualifications & Experience
* **Education:** Matric / High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* **Experience:** Previous warehouse management experience is **highly advantageous**.
* **Skills:** Strong understanding of warehouse operations, yard management, and stock control principles.
* **Tech-Savvy:** Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
* **Business Acumen:** A clear understanding of how operational processes impact overall business performance.
