### ⚙️ What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

 * Executing **structural repairs** on buckets, booms, ripper assemblies, and major heavy plant components.

 * Handling crack repairs, complex rebuilds, and the reinforcement of high-wear parts.

 * Performing precise **arc gouging** and weld preparation on heavy sections.

 * Build-up welding and hard-facing on critical wear areas.

 * Cutting, shaping, fitting thick plate steel, and interpreting technical drawings flawlessly.

### 📋 Minimum Requirements

 * **Trade Tested Boilermaker** qualification.

 * **10+ years of solid experience** working on earthmoving / heavy steel plant equipment.

 * Strong welding skills (Stick / MIG / Flux Core are highly advantageous).

 * Deep experience working with heavy plate and structural repairs.

 * Absolute confidence with arc gouging and reading technical drawings.

 * Physically fit and fully comfortable in a heavy-duty workshop environment.
