### ⚙️ Key Responsibilities

#### **Team & People Management**

 * Lead, mentor, and motivate a dedicated support team to perform at their best.

 * Handle scheduling, performance management, and ensure solid after-hours support coverage.

 * Drive accountability, professionalism, and a culture of excellent customer service.

#### **Customer Support Operations & Service Delivery**

 * Oversee daily Helpdesk activities and keep ticket resolutions within agreed service levels (SLAs).

 * Efficiently manage and resolve high-priority customer escalations.

 * Track support trends to continually improve communication standards and operational workflows.

#### **Customer Relationship Management**

 * Act as the key point of contact for operational support concerns and build lasting customer relationships.

### 📋 Job Requirements

 * **Minimum 5 years** of experience in customer support, service delivery, or support operations.

 * **Minimum 3 years** of experience managing a support or customer service team.

 * Practical experience working within a **software, SaaS, logistics, warehousing, fresh produce, or supply chain** environment.

 * Solid exposure to **ERP systems** or specialized operational software.

 * Proven track record managing remote or distributed teams.

 * Calm under pressure with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
