### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and portfolio support duties within a sectional title/body corporate environment:
* **Financial Administration:** Assist with budget preparation and general financial administration tasks.
* **Client & Stakeholder Communication:** Manage extensive email correspondence with trustees, owners, and contractors.
* **Compliance Documentation:** Draft official notices, issue compliance fines, and maintain meticulous sectional title records.
* **Meeting Coordination:** Prepare structured meeting agendas, attend after-hours trustee meetings and AGMs, and take accurate minutes.
* **Portfolio Management Support:** Help manage sectional title portfolios independently or alongside senior managers, depending on your experience levels.
### 🎓 Minimum Requirements
