📌 Minimum 5 years’ experience in B-BBEE consulting or compliance
📌 Strong understanding of B-BBEE legislation and verification processes
📌 Excellent communication and reporting skills
📌 Microsoft Office proficiency
📌 Driver’s licence and own transport
⭐ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
✔️ Business development and sales experience
✔️ Exposure to learnerships, bursaries, and skills development
✔️ Experience with verification audits and scorecards
