As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Homechoice. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional in-showroom experience, converting visitor interactions into successful sales through great product demonstrations, accurate order processing, and top-tier customer service.

### 💼 What You Will Do:

 * **Sales & Conversion:** Actively engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs, and crush your individual sales targets.

 * **Customer Experience:** Guide buyers seamlessly through their shopping journey—from product selection to processing payments and handling after-sales queries.

 * **Product Expertise:** Maintain a sharp knowledge of the latest catalogues, pricing updates, and promotional offers.

 * **Administration & Stock:** Process documentation accurately (including account openings), assist with floor replenishment, and ensure top-notch showroom presentation.

### ✔️ What You’ll Need to Apply:

 * **Education:** Grade 12 / Matric (Minimum requirement).

 * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** of retail sales experience (experience in homeware retail is highly advantageous!).

 * **Skills:** Excellent communication, strong persuasion skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

 * **Requirements:** Ability to work flexible retail shifts (weekends and public holidays) plus a clear credit and criminal record.
