### 📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial, residential, and industrial developments by handling:
* **Cost Management:** Preparing highly accurate cost estimates, budgets, and full tender documentation.
* **Project Lifecycle Control:** Managing full project cost control, conducting feasibility studies, and executing financial risk assessments.
* **Claims & Valuations:** Evaluating contractor claims, managing subcontractor payments, and reviewing bills of quantities.
