### 📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial, residential, and industrial developments by handling:

 * **Cost Management:** Preparing highly accurate cost estimates, budgets, and full tender documentation.

 * **Project Lifecycle Control:** Managing full project cost control, conducting feasibility studies, and executing financial risk assessments.

 * **Claims & Valuations:** Evaluating contractor claims, managing subcontractor payments, and reviewing bills of quantities.

 * **Contract Compliance:** Ensuring full adherence to industry regulations and resolving final account settlements/disputes.

 * **Leadership:** Liaising directly with key stakeholders and mentoring junior quantity surveying staff.

 * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.

 * **Experience:** 7–10 years of solid experience within construction or infrastructure projects.

 * **Tech Skills:** High proficiency in MS Office and specialized quantity surveying software.
