## 🚀 What You Will Be Doing

This is a versatile, hands-on role where you will support the owners by keeping operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

 * **People Management:** Overseeing all aspects of staff management across three retail stores—from recruitment and training to performance management and disciplinary procedures.

 * **Facilities Management:** Ensuring operational efficiency, cleanliness, and proper stock maintenance at the stores.

 * **Systems Monitoring:** Maintaining current operational systems and providing valuable feedback to the owners.

 * **Admin & Reporting:** Handling scheduling, meeting management, and daily operational reports.

## 🔑 Are You the Ideal Candidate?

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

 * **Bilingual Skills:** You must be fluent in both **English and Afrikaans**.

 * **Computer Literacy:** Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is essential.

 * **Reliability:** You must have your **own transport** and a **valid Code 8 Driver’s License**.

 * **Experience:** Previous retail experience is not required but will be considered a significant advantage.

 * **Attributes:** A healthy, energetic, and assertive personality. (Please note: There are no age restrictions for this role!)
