You will support the Dean of Student Affairs across 8 critical areas:

2. **Student Life:** Planning major campus events and leadership workshops.
3. **Career Services:** Overseeing professional development and career outreach programmes.
4. **Policy Development:** Crafting and reviewing Student Life policies.
5. **HR & Finance:** Managing staff performance and overseeing the unit's budget and procurement.
6. **Health & Safety:** Leading risk management and emergency procedures for student spaces.
