💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Leader, your role is to drive performance and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll lead a team of advisors and ensure they consistently meet operational and quality standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve team KPIs and performance

  • Handle leave and absence management to meet SLA requirements

  • Address disciplinary and HR matters

  • Keep your team motivated and engaged

  • Plan and implement rewards & incentives

  • Deliver ongoing coaching and development

  • Matric / NQF Level 4

  • Proven US leadership experience (essential)

  • At least 2 years as a Team Leader in an international call centre
