### 🛠️ What the Job *Actually* Is
You are the **Technical Captain** of Motus’s Microsoft cloud footprint. With 18,000+ employees and 1,000+ dealerships, you ensure the engine never stops.
* **Operational Oversight:** Manage the day-to-day health of Azure and M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
* **Team Leadership:** Supervise, coach, and review the output of cloud administrators.
* **Security & Governance:** Enforce DLP, RBAC, and Purview standards. You are the shield against security breaches.
* **Cloud Finance:** You own the "Cost Management" piece. If Azure spend spikes, you’re the one explaining it to the CFO with a detailed report.
### 🚩 The "Jobbing101" Red Flags
* **EE Only:** This is a hard filter. If you don't fall under the Employment Equity categories (African, Coloured, Indian, or Female), your application will be automatically rejected.
