### 🛠️ What the Job *Actually* Is
You are the **"in-house eLearning factory."** When Lesaka launches a new product or updates a FICA process, you build the training that reaches thousands of employees.
* **Instructional Design:** Storyboard, script, and build interactive modules.
* **Multimedia Production:** Record voiceovers, edit videos in Premiere Pro, and design assets in Photoshop.
* **LMS Management:** Upload, test, and maintain SCORM/AICC packages on the **Thrive LMS**.
* **The "Fintech" Twist:** Expect to build a lot of compliance training (POPIA, FAIS, AML). Accuracy is non-negotiable.

* **Articulate 360 is Non-Negotiable:** If you only know PowerPoint or Canva, you won't make the cut. They need 2+ years of solid **Storyline 360** experience.
