 * **Salary:** R32k – R42k CTC (Mid) | Up to **R55k+** for 4yrs experience + Video/Adobe skills

### 🛠️ What the Job *Actually* Is

You are the **"in-house eLearning factory."** When Lesaka launches a new product or updates a FICA process, you build the training that reaches thousands of employees.

 * **Instructional Design:** Storyboard, script, and build interactive modules.

 * **Multimedia Production:** Record voiceovers, edit videos in Premiere Pro, and design assets in Photoshop.

 * **LMS Management:** Upload, test, and maintain SCORM/AICC packages on the **Thrive LMS**.

 * **The "Fintech" Twist:** Expect to build a lot of compliance training (POPIA, FAIS, AML). Accuracy is non-negotiable.

### 🚩 The "Jobbing101" Reality Check

 * **Articulate 360 is Non-Negotiable:** If you only know PowerPoint or Canva, you won't make the cut. They need 2+ years of solid **Storyline 360** experience.

 * **Portfolio Required:** Don't just say you can do it—show it. You’ll need to provide samples of your Storyline modules or video work.

 * **Mid-Senior Level:** Even if you only have 2 years of experience, apply! In the L&D world, 2 solid years of development often qualifies you for this tier.

 * **Compliance Heavy:** Fintech is regulated. If you find legal topics "boring," remember: these modules pay the bills!

### ✅ Who Should Apply?

 * **Education:** Diploma or Degree in L&D, HR, Multimedia, or Graphic Design.

 * **Experience:** 2–4 years in content development or instructional design.

 * **Tech Stack:** Expert in Articulate 360. Bonus points for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

 * **Background:** Candidates from banks, insurers, or large training providers are top tier.

 * No experience with Articulate 360 (Trial versions don't count).

 * No portfolio of previous work.

 * Only graphic design experience without instructional design (theory/storyboarding) knowledge.

 * Can't handle a fast-paced environment (Target: ±2 learning interventions per month).
