 * **Courier Management:** Oversee partners, driver capacity, and peak event planning.

 * **Problem Solving:** Troubleshoot missing MacBooks and late deliveries.

 * **Omni-channel:** Coordinate Click & Collect with store managers nationwide.

 * **High Pressure:** Apple customers expect perfection. A 98% SLA is brutal—if a courier fails on iPhone launch day, you’re the one fixing it at 7:00 PM.
