This isn't just retail buying; this is **industrial procurement**. You’ll be responsible for:

 * **Full Buy-to-Pay Cycle:** Raising accurate POs and tracking deliveries.

 * **Stock Integrity:** Managing raw materials, ingredients, and chemicals.

 * **Audit Readiness:** Keeping pricing and supplier records 100% accurate.

 * **Negotiation:** Sourcing competitive quotes to save the company money.
