### **🛡️ The "Must-Haves" (Eligibility Check)**
This is a senior-level clinical role. Before applying, ensure you have:
* **Qualifications:** Degree/Diploma in **General Nursing** AND **Midwifery**.
* **Registration:** Current **SANC** registration + a valid **BHF registration** number.
* **Experience:** 2–3 years of solid Primary Health Care (PHC) Clinic Sister experience.
* **Mobility:** A valid driver’s license and **your own reliable vehicle** (Mandatory).
* **Vitals:** South African citizenship with clear credit and criminal records.
### **💼 What the Role Actually Entails**
While patient care is the heart of the job, Dis-Chem is looking for someone to manage the clinic's "vitals" as a business:
* **Target Driven:** You will manage "feet-per-hour" rates and work toward monthly financial targets (Commission included!).
* **Clinical Excellence:** Handle everything from baby immunisations and family planning to HIV/AIDS counseling and wound care.
* **Admin & Finance:** Process medical aid claims, manage stock inventory, and maintain impeccable patient records.
* **Team Leadership:** Manage yourself and your clinic team with high emotional intelligence.
* **More Than Nursing:** This role is a hybrid of healthcare and sales. If you aren't comfortable with performance targets and commission-based goals, this might not be for you.
* **Retail Hours:** You must be physically fit and willing to work weekends and public holidays.
