📌 Purpose:

You will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily CIT activities, ensuring all procedures, schedules, and safety standards are strictly followed.

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you’ll need:

✔️ Clear criminal & disciplinary record

✔️ PSIRA accreditation (Minimum Grade C)

✔️ Valid Cash in Transit (CIT) Certificate

✔️ Firearm competency (Handgun for business purposes)

✔️ Computer literacy (Compulsory)

✔️ 3+ years’ experience in the security industry

✔️ Ability to work under pressure & irregular hours

💡 Advantageous:

CIT supervisory/management experience

Valid driver’s license & own transport

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

ATM investigations & missed load reporting

Monitoring SLA performance (alarm testing, breaches, etc.)

Tracking shortages and custodian performance

Scheduling training for custodians

Downloading & reviewing FLM footage

ATM equipment checks & billing processes

Managing balancing, swaps & operational updates
