  • Work with tools like Datadog, Postman, Metabase

  • Collaborate with engineering, product & customer success teams

  • Help improve AI workflows like:

    • Model training

    • Data annotation

    • Human-in-the-loop systems

🎯 What You Need

✔️ Strong English communication skills
✔️ Experience in technical support / IT / AI environments
✔️ Understanding of:

  • Machine Learning workflows

  • APIs & debugging

  • Data tools & logs

  • Knowledge of LLMs, RLHF, or AI model training
