Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Scheduling Agent to join their SecureDrive team and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Scheduling Agent, you’ll be the link between customers, technicians, and internal teams. Your mission? Deliver seamless service and ensure all installations are completed on time.

✔ Communicate with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
✔ Schedule and coordinate vehicle fitments within deadlines
✔ Resolve customer issues and provide quick solutions
✔ Work closely with technical teams (locally & internationally 🌍)
✔ Manage high volumes of calls and emails efficiently
✔ Assist with installations, repairs, and re-scheduling
✔ Train customers on product usage and system setup

🎓 Minimum Requirements

✔ Matric / Grade 12
✔ Strong communication (verbal & written)
✔ Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills
✔ Customer service experience (advantageous)
✔ Telematics knowledge (bonus)
