As a Group Scheme Consultant, your role will focus on driving growth, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance:
✔ Achieve and exceed production targets (minimum 80%)
✔ Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA & relevant regulations
✔ Build and manage relationships with Administrators & Brokers
✔ Identify new business opportunities and grow your portfolio
✔ Present and promote group schemes to potential clients
✔ Monitor performance and provide feedback to stakeholders
✔ Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction

🎯 Minimum Requirements
