💼 What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Advise high-income clients on investments, risk, estate & financial planning
✔️ Develop tailored financial plans aligned with client goals
✔️ Identify opportunities to grow revenue using FirstRand-approved products
✔️ Review and adjust financial plans as client needs evolve
✔️ Maintain strong client relationships and deliver top-tier service
✔️ Ensure full compliance with FAIS, FNB policies & regulatory standards
✔️ Achieve production and sales targets in line with scorecards
✔️ Stay updated on market trends, legislation & best practices
🎓 Who Should Apply
You’ll be a strong match if you have:
✅ A relevant degree in Investment, Economics or related field
✅ CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) – advantageous
✅ 3–5 years’ experience as a Wealth Manager
✅ Proven experience advising high-income clients
✅ FAIS Cat 1 experience (Cat 2 is an added advantage)
✅ Solid investment, insurance & portfolio management knowledge
✅ A clean credit record (as per NCA requirements)
